SERVICES

Here is some information about our services:
-
Acupuncture is a safe and effective alternative or complement to conventional medicine, using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to form a diagnosis and treatment plan to improve your health and help you feel well again.
TCM is one of the oldest systems of healthcare that has been practised for 3-5 thousand years and follows the concept that energy circulates around the body in defined pathways called meridians. Energy is required by every cell in the body and crucial for maintaining the nervous system, immunity, hormone balance, metabolism and mental health. Physical injury and/or emotional distress can lead to an imbalance of energy and block its flow through the meridians.
Energy flow is restored by stimulating specific acupuncture points along the meridians using ultra fine, sterile acupuncture needles. Acupuncture also stimulates the release of neurochemicals that promote pain relief, relaxation, stress reduction and increased energy levels.

Dietititians are qualified health professionals who specialise in food and nutrition. They help people understand how diet affects their health and work with individuals to create personalised eating plans that support their medical needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Dietitians can assist with a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, heart conditions, digestive issues, food allergies, weight concerns, and more. They also support people looking to improve their overall well-being through balanced nutrition.
-
Osteopathy is a hands-on manual therapy that considers the whole body when treating patients to help promote healing, circulation and well-being.
Osteopaths use a variety of different soft tissue techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility.
Osteopaths are university trained and government registered allied health professionals who take time to understand your history and provide individual treatment tailored to your specific needs.
Come and see us if you suffer from any of the following:
Back, neck or joint pain
Sore or stiff muscles
Pain caused by stress or tension
Headache, migraine, jaw pain
Pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain
Work related aches & pains
Injuries or movement issues
All ages are welcome. Referral not required.
-
Remedial massage is a therapeutic form of massage that focuses on treating muscle pain, tension and injuries. It involves the assessment and treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue to aid in pain relief, injury recovery, and improved mobility.
This type of massage is tailored to your individual needs and may involve deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques.
Remedial massage can be beneficial for a range of conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and stress-related tension. It is often used alongside other healthcare treatments to support overall recovery and well-being.
