Chris Llewellyn:

UNISON OSTEOPATHY

Chris studied a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Human Structure & Function; Osteopathy) at Southern Cross University, Lismore. He then completed his Master of Osteopathic Medicine at the Gold Coast. He’s registered with AHPRA and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Prior to Osteopathy Chris studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Imaging) at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, and is currently qualified as both an Osteopath and a Radiographer.

DVA patients are welcome.

Ask your GP if you’re eligible for a GP chronic condition management plan (GPCCMP): this involves 5 subsidised allied health visits including Osteopathy.

Elisa Jansen:

Elisa is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been an Acupuncturist for the last 15 years. She completed her Master’s of Applied Science in Acupuncture from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Victoria in 2009 after obtaining a Bachelor of Biological Science from Deakin University.

She is a registered practitioner under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, Elisa worked in the field of medical research for 18 years.

Elisa has a special interest in supporting women’s health, fertility and pregnancy.

The types of conditions she treats regularly are:

  • Menstrual issues

  • Fertility- natural, IUI, IVF

  • Pregnancy symptoms- morning sickness, back/hip pain

  • Labour preparation & induction

  • Menopause symptoms- hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog

Elisa also has a wealth of experience treating more generalised health conditions such as:

Jeon Lee (John):

ACUPUNCTURE, REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Jeon is a nationally registered Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner. He has over 13 years of clinical experience, having been registered with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia since 2012. He specialises in the treatment of chronic muscular pain, stroke rehabilitation, and Bell’s palsy using evidence-based acupuncture techniques.

Jeon’s main focus is on acupuncture - without prescribing herbal medicine - ensuring clear, safe, and results-driven care. His approach combines the philosophy of traditional Eastern medicine with a modern, professional standard of care.

Jeon also has training in Oriental traditional remedial therapies, including Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Thai massage techniques, which he incorporates when appropriate to support acupuncture treatments.

Originally from Korea and now an Australian citizen, Jeon is a member of AHPRA and ANTA, and remains committed to ongoing education to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Kristine Chen:

DIETITIAN

Kristine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and has current registration with Dietitians Australia. She’s passionate about nutrition and empowering patients to manage their conditions whilst enjoying good food.

Kristine treats all ages from paediatrics to adults and offers help to manage chronic disease, weight issues, gastrointestinal health, disability support and general health & well-being.

Kristine offers person-centred consultations to assist clients in achieving their goals in a sustainable way.  She likes to be creative in her approach sometimes offering cooking sessions, home visits and recipe/meal development to encourage long-lasting health changes and chronic disease prevention.

Additional info: Medicare rebates may be available pending eligibility for up to 5 allied health visits per year with the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, or up to 20 sessions per year with GP Eating Disorder Care Plan.  From 1 July 2025, GP management plans (GPMPs) and team care arrangements (TCAs) will be replaced with a single GP chronic condition management plan (GPCCMP).

If you have private health insurance, your insurance may cover some of the costs of the consultation. Please speak to your insurance company to learn more.

Eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients with a valid GP referral (D904 form) can access dietetic services at no cost.
